According to the World Health Organization, an adult should not eat more than five grams of salt per day. Salt pushes us towards obesity and can even lead to high blood pressure.

Oily food, fatty products are affecting our health badly. On one hand, they are increasing cholesterol, on the other hand, they are increasing many disorders including blood pressure. This is why complete avoidance of fatty foods is essential. Fats gradually accumulate in our body as fat and keep increasing our weight.

Although there is a lot of debate about balanced diets, experts say that a balanced diet consists of a diet that contains all the essential nutrients and vitamins, proteins, and other nutrients. It includes fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, pulses and other commodities. This is the reason why a balanced diet keeps the body’s functions in moderation and thus obesity stays away.

It is very important to mention drinking after eating. It is a good habit to completely avoid sugary drinks, soft drinks and energy drinks under fashion. Some studies have shown that cola and other sugary drinks are a major cause of obesity. But these drinks are loaded with sugar, which we have already warned against.
